When you revive someone you have the choice to revive the usual way by pressing and holding O or you can use oxygen by pressing and holding TRIANGLE. When you use oxygen it takes some from your supply to revive, therefore if you're low on oxygen then you can't revive with it. This can be self boosted with a second controller if needed.
