Collect all STARS in Situations.

There are a total of 10 situations you need to complete, and get 3 stars in for the "Completionist" trophy / achievement. All of the situations have a star for keeping your health above 50. There is no way to get your health back, so you need to be careful. Even a few shots can knock you to below 50. Also, you can do the missions in any difficulty. Do them on normal so its easier.

The stars also stack, so if you get one star but still end up dying, it'll save and you won't need to do it again. You don't have to do all 3 at once.
