In some areas of the game there are random health orbs hidden inside walls, you will probably get this trophy accidentally without even trying if you just keep firing your gun everywhere but if you can't seem to find any of them, then there is an easy one to find in the Upper Planet once you get your first power. Head to the right of the spawn point and into the water. Now head to the bottom right corner of the water and you'll see a blue square on the wall, shoot it a few times and it will break thus revealing the Health. The trophy will either pop immediately or once you actually pick up the Health.

Note this trophy sometimes fails to unlock properly. If it doesn't unlock right away, just start a new game and get to the first one again and it should work.
