Story related. You will get this after beating the first boss, which is located on the Upper Planet.

The boss adds new moves every time you fight it. The first fight he will charge you, jump over you, throw fireballs or go in the background to heal himself. If he crouches then he's going to jump so stay in the middle to avoid it. If you see him lean back, then he will charge you so make sure you jump out the way. If he jumps into the background, then he will land and heal himself a bit then jump back in the center. When he lands, stay to the left or right side because he will either charge you or slide backwards so prepare to jump just in case. Keep shooting him until he goes down then collect the Power-up to get the trophy.
