Text Tutorial:
1.) Finish the first Campaign mission
2.) When new mission loads either back out or at the main menu it will give you and option to go to the "Safehouse"
3.) When in the Safehouse find a terminal/computer and access it
4.) It will act like a computer so go to the top left corner
5.) Click on Data Vault.
6.) Only Option you have is Dead Ops Arcade and Boom! You are playing.
