This tutorial will show you how to get a disk out of a broken Xbox 360 disk tray WITHOUT taking the console apart!
Just hit the top of the xbox above the disk tray! - Doing this will un-jam the disk tray and put it back onto the rails

That's pretty good man, I use to use a knife and force it to open when mine was broken.
