Basic strategy is to attack him from the back. He's slow and it is hard for him to hit you when you are behind him. Keep in mind, counter attacks and replenish your health. If you have any trouble with him you can throw Oil Urns and Molotov Cocktails at him. The Oil Urns will drastically increase the damage dealt by the Molotovs. This will take away a lot of his health and give you a good start for this fight.
