I Will Be Listing All The Steps On How To Jailbreak.
Okay So First, You'll Want To Make Sure You Have iTunes 12.0.1 If You Dont Go To The Link Below To Learn How To Downgrade.

Once, You Have iTunes 12.0.1 Download TaiG iOS 8.1.2 Jailbreak
Then, Connect Your Device Into You Computer And Make Sure Its Connected.
After That, Open Up TaiG Jailbreak, And It Should Already Scan Your Device, And You'll Click The Big Green Button At The Bottom Of The Application.
And There You Go! Its Done!

2. BytaFont 2 - This tweak allows you to pick from hundreds of awesome fonts for your device.
3. Cylinder - This tweak will allow you to make your home screen have different animations when scrolling through your pages
4. Appcake - This tweak will allow you to buy paid apps for free.

ParadoXz96 Good tut post but you can expand your recommended tweaks section so much, what about jellylock, Zeppelin, IAP Free, SB Settings, Status Modifier
They were the only ones i could think of off the top of my head
