Basically 'Kiting' is mostly used by the ADC as a strategy for team fighing/1v1ing vs. a melee champ. While Kiting, your main objective is to fight and inflict the most damage but at the same time keeping your distance therefore taking the least damage.

By default your bindings are set so your 'A' key is your attack move. So in team fights you have are continuously pressing 'A' to keep your distance. This binding will make it a lot easier for your you to kite.

1. Go to 'Start' > Computer > Local Disc (w/e your LoL is installed) > Riot Games > League of Legends > Config > Open 'input'. *NOTE* *You will only have a Config/input folder/file if you play on all smartcast*

2. *PAY ATTENTION HERE*

Where it say 'GAME EVENTS' paste the follow below it, deleting duplicates.

After you do that, hit enter twice it's double spaced. Now pasted the following.

*Make sure to have a space between Game Events, MouseSettings, and HUDEvents.

What this does is makes it so instead of having to tap 'A' ever auto attack to keep your distance, you can just left click anywhere and you will auto attack the closest enemy/creep at max distance.

You will not be to use your left click to for example open the store, or click on other players to see their inventory. You will use your scroll button for it (pushing it down). It will take a few games to get used to but your playing and kiting will be so much better.
