This is for battling against every character in online matches, you may and may not get this while going for the achievements without boosting, but its likely you can as its a small roster. If you have yet to get it, find someone who will help you in a Player Match, Player Matches are much easier and quicker to do this in as you dont need to back out of any menus etc, it has character select before each match.
