The best place to do it by far is in part 1 of branch B, where you are in the area where 50 of those dolls come at you (not all at once). Equip a weak chakram weapon (so you don't kill them too quickly), and just slash away. Don't be discouraged if you can't connect 100 combos at first since more of them will come at you near the end. Obviously, do not use help from the dragon. The 100 combos actually add up really quickly if you have a lot of enemies surrounding you.
