Precision shots = Headshots
You will have to play through the story a fair amount before you can get this. In other words, you cannot unlock this achievement until you reach the planet Mars.
This doesn't have to be done in a story mission. You can do this in patrol missions too.
This can be done on any level with the Cabal. The Cabal infantry can be easily recognised by the Warhammer like soldiers (Legionaires) and the enemies that kinda look like Jackles from Halo (Psion).
I personally did this on Mars, Level 16, The Garden's Spire. This is because the Cabal are the only enemies on this level, and there are a ton of them. I would advise to target the Legionaires primarily for the headshots, because they often move slow, and their head is pretty easy to target, however you may aswell go for headshots on the other types of enemies, but it may be trickier because they move slightly faster. You can try and get headshots on the tougher enemies (Colossuses) but they have a lot of health and will take many headshots to kill. Legionaires and Psion usually only take one shot to the head for a kill.
If you'd prefer, you can camp at enemy spawns and just rack up the kills that way because enemies will constantly re-spawn at certain locations on the level.
Bring the highest level sniper rifle you have with you to speed up kills and minimise ammo usage.
I have been notified that the achievement sometimes pops at the end of the mission (during the end countdown) This personally did not happen to me, and I think its rare that this can happen, but in any case, be wary of this. The achievement should pop after the 25th headshot though.

If you are having trouble unlocking this achievement, try following this:
Go to settings
Click log out, and change profile.
Load destiny back up, click your profile and character.
When game loads back up, your achievement should pop up.

Not that hard, even though the Cabal are big killing them isn't difficult, although I usually play on normal but still, that's what you should be playing on for achievements too.
