Before you can attempt this farming method, you need to have the "Death From Above" and "Heavy Takedown" skills. Once you have both head to the "Rajgad Gulag" fortress which can be found at the very top of the map. There's 2 heavy enemies, and an elite solider. Follow the path I take in the video, and you will get 1750XP for killing those three, in about 30-45 seconds. Now go to the pause menu and save the game. Let the enemies kill you, and you will respawn outside.
