Killed 10 enemies while health is low
This is a fairly simple achievement that most will get naturally while playing. This is awarded for getting 10 "Near Death" skill kills cumulative.
"Near Death" Skill kills involve killing an enemy while the edges of your screen are red, which indicates you need to take cover before you take much more damage (very similar to the near death warning in CoD).
To indicate if a kill counts towards the achievement, the skill kill bar at the top left of the screen will display "Near Death" in it.
