Trophy description - Open the nested Moon Bear King doll all the way.

Trophy - Bronze

This trophy is unlocked in Act I, Curtain I. However, you must have the Hookclaw, which you obtained Act III, Curtain I. Once you obtain the Calibrus towards the end of the level you will have to cut your way through a series of metal gates. At the very first gate will be a hook at the top of the screen, press the Triangle button to grab onto it. This will reveal the Moon bear King doll on the right. Use Ying-Yang to open the doll up by pressing the R2 button . Once all dolls have been opened, the trophy will unlock.
