This achievement called Clean Sweep is on GTA online and is worth 10g.
Gang attacks can be found all over the map and here is one of them for you guys.

Once you get there make sure to get a good spot to take cover, Once you enter the red circle the gang members in it will usually start shooting so be quick. Be very careful there is only 15 guys to shot and once you kill them all an achievement should pop up.
