Now this is more like something that skinhead schoolboys like Jimmy Hopkins would actually DO. It only works on boys. Sneak up behind your victim, lock on to them and - when prompted - give those kegs a forceful vertical tug.

Very simple to do.
Creep behind somebody and lock on with LT. Then press B and watch the pain of your victim.
Do this 50 times.
Note that you can not wedgie a girl, you pinch them and that does not count for a wedgie.
