Xbox One showcased on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon
Xbox One was the focus of the first night of 'Video Game Week' on Monday's episode of US chat show Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. Phil Spencer, corporate vice president of Microsoft Studios, used the five-minute slot to show off the console, play a round of Killer Instinct and offer a hands-on demo of Forza Motorsport 5. Last Monday, Microsoft confirmed that Xbox One will be available in 21 markets this November. The Xbox One price has been set at £425 / €499 / $499.

Microsoft's Yusuf Mehdi stated that Sony might have put up a great show at E3, but the Xbox One will win in the long run. Sony confirms games to start at $59.99
Sony has announced today that their first party games will start at $59.99. Microsoft also released the same statement a couple days ago. Many analysts believe that companies like EA, Activation, etc. Will want more for their games than the sixty dollar price point. Both of these companies declined to answer any questions about prices for their games.

PS plus not needed for Social and Media - PS4 Auto Updates
Sony has talked about a lot of changes that have been added on the new Playstation 4. On the PS3, you only got auto updates if you were subscribed to the PS plus. Now, they have released this feature free to everyone. The PS4 now offers movies and catch-up TV for free as well. They are trying to keep everything balanced if you don't have a subscription. Online multiplayer is also free, just like the PS3 was.

State of Decay hits a half a million sales
Today, Undead Labs reached a milestone for their game State of Decay. It was reported today that the game hit over half a million sales. According to Microsoft, this was the fastest selling original arcade title ever on Xbox. An update came out for the game Friday, and reports say that it was a little buddy. Founder of Undead Labs Jeff Strain, said that the team is working on patching the update. No word yet on when the patch will be released.
