Watch_Dogs 2 Finally Revealed by Ubisoft for PS4, Xbox One and PC

4.3
Today Ubisoft officially revealed Watch_Dogs 2, that will be rleased for PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 15th.

We get to see a full cinematic trailer (which is much longer than the one leaked this morning), that you can enjoy below, with a fully new setting, a new protagonist and a whole new atmosphere. The new protagonist, Marcus, also comes with an introduction video of his own.

During the announcement livestream, developers mentioned that they listened to the feedback about the first game, and that they feel that with the second game they “really delivered on the fantasy of being a hacker,” Incidentally, online co-op will also be part of the menu this time around.

Below you can read an official description via press release from Ubisoft.

“Players will explore the birthplace of the tech revolution as Marcus Holloway, a brilliant young hacker who has fallen victim to ctOS 2.0’s predictive algorithms and is accused of a crime he did not commit. In Marcus’ quest to shut down ctOS 2.0 for good, hacking is the ultimate weapon, and players can not only hack into the city’s infrastructure but also every person and any connected device they possess, to trigger unpredictable chains of events. With the ability to take control of drones, cars, cranes, security robots and much more at their disposal, players can choose whether to use stealth hacking to complete missions without killing a single enemy or go guns blazing for a more ferocious approach. In this vast open world, players can hack their way through traffic while engaging in dangerous car chases through the winding streets of San Francisco, traverse the rooftops of the vibrant neighborhoods of Oakland and infiltrate the offices of cutting-edge companies in Silicon Valley.”

We also get a message from Senior Producer Dominic Guay.

“Our creative team is working hard to deliver an outstanding Watch_Dogs experience. In Watch_Dogs 2, we’re excited to give players a captivating storyline with engaging characters that offers deeper, more meaningful hacking options, a greater variety of gadgets and weapons and a brand new seamless multiplayer experience that will appeal to fans of the original Watch_Dogs as well as players new to the brand”

I loved the first one so much and can not wait for the second one to come out

I can't wait to see and read more about this game.

Warning to everyone that didn't play the first game. It looked great in trailers too, then it came out and was one of the most boring games I've ever played. The graphics were half as good as the trailer (even on pc), the story was repetitive and cliche, and the multiplayer was simple and uninspired. Over-hyped piece of trash. Just like 95% of all ubisoft games nowadays.

Doesn't look that bad to me

Looks good! Hopefully they don't downgrade like they did on the first game.

Didn't play the first. This looks sweet!

I'm super hyped. I really liked the first one. This one seems like a giant improvement (looking at the longer video not posted here.) I need it, especially since Assassin's Creed isn't coming out this year.

Potion
A_Box_Of_Mints wow... why, why must they continue with this garbage game?

Because it sold well, and the game was fun. Also if you don't like it just don't buy it and go back to playing whatever shit games you like.

it only sold well because it got over-hyped but ended up being an unoptimizables piece of shit
