Infinite Warfare Trailer now one of the most disliked YouTube Videos

The logical thing to do when you don't like something is to ignore it. Then again, no one ever accused the general public of being logical either, so it's no surprise that the reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare that launched Monday currently holds almost 229,000 dislikes vs 162,000 likes.

The video has garnered over 5 million views in just over 24 hours, so it's not a stretch to say that there are a fair number of people flocking to the video just to bash it. However, when compared to last year's Call of Duty: Black Ops III Reveal Trailer, the number of likes to dislikes is significantly more positive (392K Likes to 78K Dislikes), so there also might be a legitimate negative reaction among fans about the direction the game is going.

Criticism about the trailer sure hasn't been in short supply either as Developers from Call of Duty's closest competitor, Battlefield expressed their own playful jabs at Infinite Warfare's expense. This latest iteration of the long running annual series is certainly taking itself in a new direction, as the game will have legit space dogfighting scenarios as well as non-linear side missions.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will launch on current gen platforms only, PS4, Xbox One and PC, on November 4th 2016.



it's also worth keeping in mind that many of the likes may be due to the remastered Modern Warfare also shown in the trailer so the number could be worse.

Ache I remember when people complained that call of duty was the same game every year.. Now that they are making cod all futuristic (changing it completely) they are getting so much hate... I personally haven't played any cod games since BO2... but i mean c'mon.. You can't satisfy anyone.


I have no issues with future, what I have an issue with is this boost jumping and sliding crap. That's not fun at all. I shouldn't be able to jump more than 3 feet high, not 30.

Not surprising. Since Advanced Warfare was released, people have been saying "Please, no more futuristic warfare, do something different", and then IW chooses to not only do future, but have some of it in space? Really?

People are complaining because they're forcing us to purchase a special edition of their new game, just so we can play CoD4. It's a smart tactic, but it's annoying.

And what Infinity Warfare is going to do is say "Oh look at how much Infinite Warfare sold, people must really like our game" when in reality, the only reason people bought it is to play CoD4.

Infinite warfare is something no one expected. Everyone is tired of future warfare. Everyone was expecting a WW2 or modern warfare setting. Or everyone is just mad that they have to shell out $80 to get the MW remastered

Well go and have a look at Justin Bieber - Baby then you'll see the most dislikes on a video/youtube, Yes going into space is just a no no for CoD i wish the new cods were like the old cods eg Mw2, CoD4 & Mw3 those were actually good and fun to play.

Probably because we have to buy a futuristic cod that is most likely going to be shit in order to play modern warfare remastered the only game we actually want.
