Activision Registers Infinite Warfare Trademark, New Details

4.8
Evidence is mounting in favor of Infinite Warfare being the new Call of Duty game this year. After the leaks last week, it appears as though Activision also hold a trademark for that name– by itself, that evidence is not conclusive, as a lot of preemptive, defensive trademarks are often filed. But in conjunction with all the other evidence we have, it all but confirms that Infinite Warfare will indeed be the name of the new Call of Duty game.

There’s been a lot of other speculation regarding Infinite Warfare too- the mysterious new teaser that we got this week, which you can see below, seems to hint at a game that will have the mother of all conspiracy theories, with a villain that seems like it controls the course of history itself. A lot of indications seem to point at there being some kind of time travel in the game- which won’t be the return to World War 2 that so many fans seem to want, but I suppose it would be the next best thing?

Infinite warfare is going to be honestly dreadful

As long as they get the balance correct then it could be a good game

Honestly, I think this will be better then black ops 3, as I dont see any jumping around or booster backs on soliders

Probably later next year or other years we will might be in a on ground COD GHOSTS type game not in the future but mix like bo1 story to even flash backs on bo2 story

Actually i don't care for the time travel space type game , if the movement is anything like AW & Bo3 then i won't buy it , ill gameshare it , but i won't but it

Looking forward to seeing what exactly they do with the game but this isn't Call of Duty anymore. If Activision & Co. wanted to make a futuristic, space based game then they should've gone on and done it as a side series or something, continued with Call of Duty the way they began and World War & Modern Day setting. It's not even like they're choosing the setting and theme of the games based upon what fans want either, people want the most realistic but enjoyable game.. Where does any of this come into realistic? Fun.. debatable.

If the movements are solid I could enjoy this game
