Xbox Live Issues Preventing Games From Being Played, Downloaded

If you are having trouble starting games or movies on Xbox One, you’re not alone. Microsoft has confirmed that the Xbox Live service is experiencing issues.

The problem isn’t restricted to the console platform. The publishers says that Xbox on other platforms (such as Windows 10) are affected.

Update: Xbox Live is getting worse, not better. In addition to the content problems reported earlier, now users are having issues signing into the service.

and people have the nerve to talk shit about PlayStation lol. I couldn't do a damn thing on my xb1 last night but hey, I have that problem with xbox every single day! Luckily I have a ps4 for when shit like this happens. The sega wasn't even this bad lol. #BootyBox1

This has been the most aggravating issue I've ever dealt with on xbox. The only problem with buying all games on dashboard and going diskless is this stuff. Generally speaking, I am very happy that I don't have to mess around with 100 game discs and potentially lose them like I did on 360. But when I can't play a game I spend $60+ on, my day takes a pretty big hit.

VynlElite123 xbox is down at least 3 to 4 times a month lately.... at this point im debaiting to sell my xbox one and go to ps4 this is ridiculous $369 and $60 a year for live starting not to feel worth it. was just in the middle of taming a quetz on Ark Survival and it kicks me off telling me i dont own the game,


Down 3-4 times a month? Huh? If anything, PS4 has much more down time than the Xbox One has. All consoles experience some lag. Its normal. It doesnt hurt to not play Xbox for an hour or two. Nothing worth selling your Xbox imo.
Lol are you trolling right now? I have been on and off my PS4 since December. The last outage I experienced was the one in early January. PS4 is actually pretty solid right now in terms of uptime. When was the last time PS4 was down for a week straight? Oh I know about 5 years ago. Think before you post m8.


It was down a week ago due to them kids ddosing it or so they claim....no need to lie we all have google. In fact downdector shows it down just hours ago lol. No network is perfect especially sony's http://downdetector.com/status/playstation-network
