Is the Banshee 900R now the fastest car in GTA Online?

The Banshee 900R, one of GTA Online’s recently added cars, has apparently received a slight speed buff.

The January update for GTA Online brought two new cars to the game. The the Karin Sultan and the Bravado Banshee.

Rockstar promised that an upgraded Banshee will be as fast as a Zentorno or a T20. However, the community later realised this was not the case. It seems Rockstar corrected this issue, without actually tweaking game code.

That’s according to YouTuber Broughy1322, who’s tested the Banshee recently and found that it’s faster in a straight line. In fact, it’s now the game’s fastest car in a straight line.

I am not a fan of the Banshee. I don't really see a different in speed tho.

Wubs Might but a banshee and upgrade it, although I like the Sultan RS with its all-wheel drive for offroad


Both cars are amazing once fully kitted up, also I think this cars speed will be reduced soon in the next patch.

So does this mean that this car trumps the adder in races?

I doubt the speed difference would be noticabel unless you were travelling huge distances, it would take several minutes to travel 1 mile further in the faster car.

Damn that's crazy. I never thought that the adder would be dethroned but it looks like that actually happened.
