New PS4 System Update 3.00 Screenshots Leak: Show Communities, Events

System software update 3.00 for the PS4 is currently being tested, and some screenshots are filtering through social media, showing more of the upcoming features.

Below you can see the Communities welcome screen, the text is in German, but it’s definitely interesting, as it gives some info on how they work.

“Welcome to communities. Friends playing together. Join a Community or start your own to easily find a multiplayer party, to start a conversation, or just to spend time with people who have the same interests as you. Communities you join will be displayed in your profile, and information about game sessions in this community will be displayed publicly.”

I've had both, alot of people prefer the xbox 1
I was with xbox 360 for 4-5 years

But I have to say am swaying with ps4.

If Xbox gets the older cods on BC Xbox wins.

The communities idea is a really good one. So many times people are always looking to party up and this could be very useful to players like those.

UZl PS4 will have to step up its game to compete with xbox.

Not trying to sound or be rude, but do you comment just to comment?

At the moment PS4 is the superior console and you saying step up to COMPETE with Xbox? ._. lol

maybe he means with the os look/feel idk.

Still not getting what OP was trying to convey. PS4's OS is still very smooth and sleek. Sure it doesn't have the snapshot thing or whatever Xbone does but it can still maneuver the dash very quickly and be back in the game in no time.

Its funny how he said "compete" seeing as the Xbox One is broken as shit. Its the other way around if anything. Microsoft already lost this generation of consoles unless they bring out something crazy but its highly unlikely that they will. Backwards compatibility is shit since its doubtful COD will be on it and that's what everyone was waiting for.
