Next wave of backwards compatible games to be announced this week

Sometime this week, we may get an announcement by Microsoft revealing the next wave of Xbox 360 games coming to Xbox One backwards compatibility.

When Phil Spencer was questioned on Twitter by fans on when we will see the next set of games, he replied, "Looks like you should hear some news this week."


Could we possibly see Red Dead Redemption? Many fans replied to Spencer saying the wanted to see Red Dead Redemption. Red Dead Redemption is currently sitting at the number two spot for the most wanted game, right behind Call of Duty: Black Ops II.

Activision isn't on the list of supporters of the backward compatible feature. No Activision, No Call of Duty. Only thing we can do is hope that they change their mind and join the list of supporters. They fact that they aren't supporting the backward compatibility feature may mean that they are planning some remastered versions of Call of Duty in the future. HOPEFULLY anyway.

That's up to the publisher not xbox.. Xbox can't re-master the game
