Microsoft is currently offering $20 off a 12 month subscription to Xbox Live Gold. Normally the price of a yearly subscription will cost you $60, but a promotion is currently going on through the Microsoft Store offering it to you for just $40.

There is no clear information on whether this is just a temporary promotion or when it will end. This offer is only valid to US customers.

I swear every deals are exclusive to the US... This deal isnt that much though since you can get it much cheaper from websites online for example on here.

Literally just last night I was complaining about how expensive Live is! Pretty interesting coincidence lol, nice to see they're lowering the price though, hopefully it's low enough for more people that want to buy 12months.

That is very interesting, hopefully its not just a promotion and that its permanent. I don't really mind paying $60 a year but $40 would be great.
