According to the GTA V store page on steam you can now still get these incentives until March 9th.

Scatters This is a great idea from the game publishers to get the stupid people to purchase the game for the PC as opposed to pirating it like everyone with an ounce of brains in the skulls.

Your a moron. Most true pc gamers buy their games. Sure a lot pirate stuff. Most games i pirate and i enjoy i end up buying when they go on sale. Pirating is frowned upon in the pc gaming community.

Yea typical console player thinks everyone on PC pirates all of their games. Besides why would you pirate gta when half of the game is online with friends.
I really like how they added this choice of free game, but I don't think it was necessary.

bmadden I have everything on this list anyway.
But still, it is a nice gesture, too bad its not/wasn't a Steam deal.

There was a Steam deal, you still got the $1,000,000 and the extra $300,000 but instead of choosing a game, Steam just gave you San Andreas.

Yeah, I got it. But GTA SA on steam is kinda broken now, so its not much of a gift.
