The people that have it shouldnt. The reason servers are up is to make sure that they are working fine, like it said. They get the game from shops that aren't legally selling them or errors, etc. SH doesn't want anyone to make profit or really see this content so they don't let twitch etc. have it streamed. Copyrights.
