SHGames confirms Advanced Warfare won’t be coming to the Wii-U

4.6
Last year, Ghosts was announced at the last minute for Wii-U, but don’t expect any last minute announcement for Advanced Warfare. Sledgehammer Games Michael Condrey has just confirmed via Twitter that there won’t be a Wii-U version of Advanced Warfare.

This is a growing trend for AAA titles on the Wii-U. Let us know what you think in the comments below…

@1422644 no, no WiiU. That was an Activision decision. We are focused on XboxOne, PS4, and PC.

I never even knew people played COD on the wii.

DeluxeHazard I don't even think Nintendo should even make CODs anymore. They should focus on their more prominent titles.

I Was thinking the same thing

Ache The Wii U is a good system actually, but I don't think it's to be used to play COD.

They're losing some money though, but I suppose it doesn't bother them.

i think that they dont want wii u to be like every other console so some games wont be on it

Fragor It's pathetic how many WiiU owners are jumping to the defense of Nintendo for releasing a console with half the RAM and less than a quarter of the CPU and GPU of the Xbone/PS4. But it's ok, you can play games on your controller while the adults use the TV, I guess.

Well, to be fair, Nintendo's strong suit hasn't been power since the N64. It has its very unique offerings which still make it a viable system in today's market, offerings that simply cannot be had anywhere else. But they've alienated so many third party developers that it's ridiculous. Who was it that dropped out on them recently, Mortal Kombat? And Ubisoft is pulling Wii U development also. These guys have just given up trying to play Nintendo's game.

Gossip I don't think the Wii U compares with the other systems anyways.

It does in it's own little way. But this game would be pointless for it
