July was an absolutely epic month when it came to the PlayStation Plus Free Game Lineup. We had the chance to get our hands on Dead Space 3, TowerFall Ascension, Strider, and Doki Doki Universe… among many others. When it comes to the epicness factor, does the PlayStation Plus August 2014 Free Game Lineup live up the month July? Well, it’s time to find out.

According to the official PlayStation.Blog, the following titles will be available:

Leaving PS Plus:
6th August: TowerFall Ascension
6th August: Strider
6th August: Dead Space 3
6th August: Vessel
6th August: LEGO Batman 2 DC Superheroes
6th August: Doki Doki Universe

Entering PS Plus:
6th August: Road Not Taken
6th August: FEZ
6th August: Crysis 3
6th August: Proteus
6th August: Metrico
6th August: LEGO Harry Potter 5-7 Years

Pryzel Look good, Crysis 3 is something I wouldn't mind getting free.

Maleovent A lot of playstation games are crap.

By your logic, you're calling the majority of games on both consoles crap due to the fact that majority of games are on both platforms. Most of the PS+ games and games with gold games have been games that were on both platforms.

lmao you guys think you got it bad with free games come down to xbox one town and take a look.

There is very little games on Xbox one? Why would they give away something that costs 60$ for free? Maybe you should wait awhile for good games to get old.

It won't matter, honestly. Even if a game is good and old. They'll almost always shel out the cheap arcade games. Once in a while, though, they'll give a decent game out.
