Riders of the Rustlands is the first of six planned DLC packs set to be released as part of the Trials Fusion season pass between now and May 2015. The second expansion, Empire of the Sky, will launch this summer and "take players far above the planet to explore floating islands".
Discussing future Trials Fusion DLC, creative director Antti Ilvessuo said earlier this month: "We are planning to take the world of Trials Fusion to places that no Trials game has gone before - into the clouds, under the sea and even deep underground."
Ubisoft said on July 24 that more than one million copies of Trials Fusion had been sold across PS4, PC, Xbox One and Xbox 360 since the game's April 16 release.
