Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare video spotlights facial animation

4.3
A new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare developer diary has been released, showing off the game's animation and face capture technology.

Animations director Christopher Stone and art director Joe Salud discuss how the developer has done "whatever it took to make the game look as photo realistic as possible".

The Sledgehammer developed shooter is said to be set in a plausible future, specifically the year 2054, and stars Kevin Spacey as main antagonist Jonathan Irons.

The first Call of Duty Advanced Warfare gameplay footage was shown during Microsoft's E3 press conference on Monday. Another recent video showed off the game's 'relatable' futuristic technology.

The Call of Duty Advanced Warfare release date is November 4 on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 and PC.

All Call of Duty Advanced Warfighter DLC will be released first on Xbox platforms.

good that they are working on getting good graphics but it needs to be a good game. no point having good graphics if the game is crap.

I would rather see them improve the mechanics rather than the graphics. I want the game to be fun to play over it looking pretty.

Still looking forward to this... if anyone can revive the cod franchise from its continuous mundane story lines then sledgehammer games can

This actually doesn't look too bad, I'll buy it for Xbox but stick to PC for all of my other games.

The stuff they showed in the video looked really good. The guy in the video was saying that it's gonna look like the characters in the game are real people on TV. That's something that is really cool. I'm really excited to see how this CoD will turn out.
