Battlefield 4 Community Test Environment rolls out on PC

4.5
DICE has open up a public testing environment for Battlefield 4 Premium players, you can opt into this program via Battlelog and downloading the given client. The testing environment is currently only slated for the PC platform but DICE has posted that they hope findings from it will be utilized across all platforms.

The Community Test Environment (CTE) will provide passionate fans the chance to evolve Battlefield 4 with us and become a part of the development process. We'll be able to test new ideas and solutions to current issues before we roll them out to all Battlefield players.

By launching this new program, not only will we be able to address player feedback at an early stage, but also increase the overall quality of the game. We are excited to explore the possibilities together with you.DICE

If you wish to participate in the testing and have Battlefield Premium for the PC head over here and get started!

Is there any point? You know there'll be another bf in the next year or two anyway. Plus why only now are they caring about it...most likely because they never learnt from bf3 or any past games.
