The Elder Scrolls Online delayed by half a year on next gen

3.8
Bethesda confirmed today it has delayed both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 iterations of their recent PC MMO "The Elder Scrolls Online" due to the "challenging process" of addressing the number of issues relevant to an MMO of this caliber being released on consoles. In a apparent stop gap to halt fan rage Bethesda has also announced a special offer for those who already own a PC or Mac copy of ESO, the offer will enable those individuals to claim a digital version of the title on either the Xbox or PS4 for $20 USD.

We continue to work on the console versions of ESO, and game development has been progressing steadily but we are still working to solve a series of unique problems specific to those platforms. Integrating our systems with each console manufacturer's networks -- which are both different from the PC/Mac system as well as different from each other-has been a challenging process. It has become clear that our planned June release of the console versions isn't going to be possible. Though we have made great progress, we have concluded that we'll need about six months to ensure we deliver the experience our fans expect and deserve.Bethesda

-AskingAlexandria- This game is terrible right now on PC. Riddled with bugs and feels nothing like an online MMORPG. Just another (worse) Elder Scrolls game.

they will fix it just give them time

I played the PC beta for this. It was okay. I'm not that upset

Its basically Skyrim the MMORPG. (for those wondering)

They're going to work on the Console version as much as they can and hopefully bring the best experience to it.

I may buy it for Xbox One as I only played the PC beta, I hope the console version turns out good.

shadow1 meanwhile, they have 90% of their team working on the console version. 5% manage and the other 5% work on fixing bugs for the pc. This game had so much potential when i was playing it in beta, but bugs i never seen in the beta were in full game and the full game is just ZoS making bad decisions like drastically dropping drop rates of specific crafting items right after gold farmers farmed a sht load of them. And the funny thing about that, the gold farmers still have them.

Wheres this guys mvc badge ?
