CoD: Advanced Warfare GameStop pre-orders get Ghosts DLC

Pre-ordering the newly-announced Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare at GameStop in US will get you exclusive DLC content for use in CoD: Ghosts and CoD: Black Ops 2.

The US retailer is offering up a 'Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Personalization Pack' to anyone who pre-orders this year's new Call of Duty game, due out on November 4. The DLC lets CoD: Ghosts and CoD: Black Ops 2 players change up their look with Advanced Warfare-inspired decals and gear.

As the GameStop trailer below shows, the pack comes with a gun skin, a Sentinel Task Force patch, a themed Playercard, a new Reticle and a player background.

Advanced Warfare was officially announced on Friday following a succession of leaks, which forced Activision into an early unveiling (previously scheduled for Sunday).

The game, set in the year 2054, stars Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey as the main antagonist Jonathan Irons. Get the full details and official reveal trailer here.

celestialtrick I won't be getting this for a few reasons:

1. Same CoD, different single and multiplayer maps.
2. $60 plus tax and more microtransactions. What ever happened to having a full game on release?
3. Copying ideas from Halo and Crysis.

The originality is gone and they're simply copying and pasting the same concept as older CoD games. It has lost it's uniqueness when CoD Ghost debuted.

I really hope this game is going to be better then the recent cods. I will wait to get this game until I here some feed back by other people. But this is how I think the cods are.

COD 4 - Awesome game
W@W - Pretty good game
MW2 - Best cod/Awesome game
BO1 - Decent
MW3 - "Okay" but still pretty bad
BO2 - It was not very good (Better then COD Ghosts)
COD Ghost - Epic fail by iw, and worst cod yet.
COD AW - Hopefully better then some of the recent cods.

not directed at you or anything but people say this every year then they buy it and complain when the next one comes out. Why would they change it lol. If your doing somthing that breaks the sales of the last one every time it comes out why change?

They can't just break away from the CoD formula otherwise it would no longer be a CoD. Although I haven't really played a anything from blops 2 this actually looks interesting. Played ghosts very lightly on my friends PS4 but the fps drops were unbearable.

The base CoD mechanics are always going to be there. It's not like they can just make a new game entirely.

I always wondered why people are like "ohh the CoD's are always the same they never change". Of course they're not going to, the best the developers can do is make tweaks to it (whether they're major or minor).

this looks like its going to be a great game but you know everyone thought ghost was going to be amazing so you never know but i think it looks like its going to be more like black ops 2 then cod ghost
