Grid Autosport racing onto PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 this June

UK based studio Codemasters has lifted the seal on their upcoming title, Grid Autosport, today; the newest iteration within the series will arrive on June 24th in the states while euro players have to wait three additional days. Community Manager Ben Walke assured fans that the game had been built around community feedback received regarding Grid 2; the studio's wish is to provide a authentic racer experience. Grid Autosport will release in North America on June 24th and Europe on June 27th on the following platform: Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
If Grid 2 raced off into a more narrative-led world of racing with more accessible controls. It is clear that for many of you, that wasn't what you wanted or expected from Grid 2. So with Grid Autosport we had the opportunity to make a much more focused motorsport game, a desire that many of you have expressed directly to us, and a game that in spirit goes back to some of our earlier titles in terms of content and handling.Community Manager Ben Walke
Hopefully this is better than forza as I got quite bored of that tbh, might just rent this one and see how it goes at first especially as it's not next gen.
Well looks like I'l be buying/pre-ordering my first Grid game. Black edition is a free upgrade when you pre-order at gamestop. Plus it's only $49.99. Been looking for a good racing game.
