Netflix due to increase price for new members

The last time Netflix intended to up their price scaled was back in 2011 when they infamously split their Streaming and DVD rental services into standalone offerings. It has been gleaned from a Netflix quarterly financial report that the company is possibly going to implement a one or two dollar increase for new streaming only members; the old pricing is said to remain in effect for existing customers for a "generous time period." This increase in fee according to Netflix is needed in order to better allow them to acquire more content to increase the overall value of their landscape of media offerings.

It said that the old price will remain the same for exsisting customers for a while. And it's only a one or two dollar increase, it could be worse.

90% of my time on Netflix is spent looking for something to watch.
After you've watched the few decent movies that it has, it just seems to have lots and lots of nothing.

Cut I would understand if it was actually worth the money. Most movies are old and the TV shows take forever to get updated to a new season (or maybe it's just me? I don't know.)


I think its more of the face that the tv producers don't want to let Netflix upload new seasons until after every episode has been aired so they can get more of a profit.

ZTechGame1 They deleted South Park, Inbetweeners and have like no decent movies on it so why the hell would they do that?


The fact that they removed 24 is a sigh that Netflix is going down.


they haven't removed the series 24 by the way


All seasons of 24 are on there if I'm not mistaken

Exactly, they take too long for newer movies.
