PS4 may receive Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath remake

It was let out that Lorne Lanning's Oddworld series may be getting yet another remake in the form of a PS4 Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath. It was first released in 2005 on the original Xbox and was remade again on the PS3 and Vita but this iteration will feature a new sku and dynamics. The remake of Stranger's Wrath appears to be contingent on Lanning's upcoming Oddworld : New 'N' Tasty title, it will need to sell at least 250k units to justify future HD translation within the franchise.

250k units doesn't seem like a very large goal to meet considering there isn't a lot of games out at the moment.

-Deano Those who say that it looks like a boring game... You clearly haven't played this. I remember having it on the original Xbox, it is a brilliant game. I'm really looking forward to the New 'N' Tasty launch for Abe's Oddysee, it will be Game of the Year for me... Spent so much of my childhood playing that game trying to rescue all of the mudokons.


I Might get it if it doesn't cost much i still don't know what this game is about?
