Call of Duty: Ghosts Xbox One patch hits performance

4.6
Performance issues have presented themselves after a recent update to the Xbox One version of Call of Duty: Ghosts.

It is assumed this update was designed to prepare the game for the upcoming Onslaught DLC as well as adding new features, bug fixes and balance tweaks to the game's multiplayer. The game is currently experiencing new instances of screen tearing which presents noticeable drops in smoothness for players. Another notable addition to the list of issues occurs when a player aims down sights of a sniper rifle forces the frames to the mid 30s, this is a very scary thing on a newly released console such as the Xbox One.

Have your experienced the issues mentioned above during your play time with Ghosts on the Xbox One?

That map has always been a major issue.

I find it funny how they said "performance" they need to fix the spawns.

This had happened to me sniping on Sovereign.

I've always had that problem with sniping on Stonehaven. Every time you zoom in with a sniper it starts dropping frame rate. I don't get why because I remember back in mw2 and sniping across the map on wasteland did not do anything to performance.
