Xbox One to get 60 frames per second live sports channels

24/7 channels will deliver sports video content with integrated real-time stats and highlights.

Microsoft’s Xbox One will soon deliver live sports content streamed at 60 frames per second through 24-hour dedicated channels.

Through a partnership with NeuLion, the service will offer live sports feeds, on-demand content and real-time stats and analysis.

“NeuLion has enabled us to merge high-definition video with real-time data to create an interactive experience that is only available on Xbox One,” said Wil Mozell, GM of the Sports Entertainment Group at Microsoft.

No solid launch for the service has been mentioned.

Bloomy It's hard to tell the difference between say.. 100 FPS to 50 FPS. There's no lag in either.

You could probably tell the difference once you got used to It.

Nothing is 100 frames per second The max right now is sixty but the quality is nice like i all ways say quality over quantity

xFlex I'm pretty sure that HDMI, which Xbox One uses, can only get 30 FPS MAX. Correct me if I'm wrong...

If the Xbox 360 can hit 60 with ease, pretty sure an Xbox one can to. Plus its more so the cable then the port if I remember correctly.

Im using an HDMI cable rn and getting 60fps on cod

Cool I guess? I don't think we will notice much of a difference though?

Once you get used to 100FPS you will likely be able to tell the difference. At the moment seeming that most things are around 30-60fps it is pretty hard to tell

AP7 Well Xbox One is getting all the attention form MS now it appears...

Of course it is. The 360 is all grown up, finished with college and has a family of it's own now. XBone is the new baby. It requires and deserves all the attention. They have to teach it how to walk, talk and not crap it's diaper.

That reply was so majestic. But yeah Xbone should be Microsoft main priority because it is there new console.
