Battlefield 4 could get PS4 mouse & keyboard support, says DICE

Battlefield 4 developer DICE is open to mouse and keyboard support on PS4, according to producer Aleksander Grøndal.


Bit of a scant one this, but when speaking with AusGamers, Grøndal was asked if the team would ever consider supporting the devices on Sony’s console.

He replied, “We have mouse and keyboard support for the PC obviously, but I can’t speak now specifically for next gen consoles. But if it makes sense in the Battlefield universe, for a Battlefield game, we’ll consider it.”

Playing with a keyboard and mouse would make everyone better once they got the hang of it.
Im not the biggest fan of it "that's why i play Xbox".

I honestly wouldn't want this, it would be a whole unfair advantage because mouse are more precise when it comes to aiming meaning they will get you every time. Trust me I tried playing BF3 PC with a PS3 controller and Xbox Controller and got destroyed.


Maybe then people will realize the superior way to play games and switch to master race.

Perhaps they prefer consoles but like using keyboard and mouse for FPS games, whatever the reasoning, it's nice that they add the option, whether it causes competitive issues or not.
