Infinite Warfare will be free on PS4 for 5 days, starting Thursday

4.6
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is throwing a free weekend – well, it’s closer to a free week – on PS4.

Although you’ll have access to campaign, multiplayer and even Zombies mode, the event has some content restrictions. Only the first two story missions of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be available, multiplayer will be capped at level 15 and Zombies will be capped at level 3.

That said, if you like what you see and end up purchasing a full copy of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare all your progress will carry forward.

The Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare trial will run from 10:00am PT December 15 through 10:00am PT December 20. You’ll be able to download it from the demos area of the PlayStation Store, or by searching the PS Store for “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare free trial”.

Looks like Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare didn’t sell as well as usual, which means there must be loads of you who haven’t tried it yet. This seems like a good opportunity to have a go.

You’ll need about 60GB of free space on your PS4 for a digital copy of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, and as usual, PlayStation Plus is required for online multiplayer.

Idk why they're offering IW for free, but not MWR? MWR is the reason this game sold actually.

Thanks for posting this article since I wouldn't have known about this otherwise. I'll definitely download it and try it out although I can't see me liking it since its futuristic crap.

not that bad since more people will get an opinion on this before possible buying it for Christmas or with their Christmas money

Cincinnati-Bengals Personally this is my favorite cod since Black ops 2. It's really not that bad of a multiplayer game. I think it's been common practice to "fit in" with the crowd and bash the game, when in reality it's pretty fun

The game itself is solid. Had it been released years ago before AW im sure it would have sold well and more people would be playing it. Gunplay and movement are smooth, as are most of the core gameplay elements. The problem is with the gameplay style itself, myself and many other people are sick of the same cookie cutter futuristic garbage that activision have been spewing out since AW, and people are finally speaking with their wallets

Not worth your bandwidth or harddrive space.

Daniel Its already free and it's only been out a little over a month, That's how bad it really is it's already going to be free.

This doesn't mean you get to keep it after the 5 days. It's only free for those 5 days but yeah I still agree the game is awful.
