Today Nintendo announced that more details about the upcoming Switch console will be provided during an official presentation at the beginning of next year.

The presentation will be hosted here on January 12th, and will likely include the reveal of pricing, games and specs, which Nintendo mentioned won’t be shared before the end of the year. According to the press release, Nintendo will be inviting media, partners, and consumers to test the console soon-after in the US and Europe — the public will also have opportunities to get a hands-on trial with Nintendo Switch, with more details to be announced later.

Of course, you’ll be able to read everything that will be announced here on DualShockers. It’ll certainly be interesting to see how a reveal of such crucial points just two months before the console’s launch will influence its popularity.
