New evidence of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 backward compatibility

4.5
While there have been a few signs in the past that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 could be making a return on the Xbox One, it seems that there’s even more evidence now that its arrival may be closer to coming.

From an Italian website called Game Experience comes the claim (along with photographic evidence, more of which you can see at the link below) that someone recorded and uploaded clips of Modern Warfare 2 through the Xbox One’s GameDVR and Upload Studio. While the site explains that that in itself isn’t solid proof—as we don’t know how those clips were recorded—what’s more interesting is the game page that was automatically attached to the clips.

As you can see in the photo below, Game Experience were able to bring up what seems to be an official info page for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, complete with North American cover art.

So, is this another piece of evidence that Modern Warfare 2 will be coming to the Xbox One’s backward compatibility option, hopefully sooner rather than later? Let us know in the comments below if you’re excited for the possibility!

Omg I hope it does make it to be backwards compatible! This will be amazing, think of how many more people are going to start playing this game again if it does.
