Im looking at the note under the floor board in nazi zombies tomorrow, i will update when i can write it out word for word.

where did u buy cap card? sorry it off topic but im trying to buy 1.

I used amazon.com for all of it, you need the card, 3 splitters and an RCA cable.

Good post. I don't think you left anything out. Although credits go to _wolfer_ on finding the type 100 note. The one with the seed has been planted. Others i don't know. But could you translate the note under the boards. I could not read it.
