got banned because some kid told me to send a message to the GT: The Pro and ask him to invite me to a free 10th modded lobby and then 5min later i got banned from xbox live till march 3rd... just the worst

Well, I recently heard some guy won $50,000 for suing sony because he got banned from Ps3. he was nothing special, just some guy living in the uk.
He got banned because he was racist, swearing,and modding on nearly every game, the reason he won the case was because he found a sort of loophole thing in the terms of agreement, it said "sony believes in the right of free speach" i know this doesent have much to do with xbox and you guys getting banned, but they cant ban you all, someone has to sue these guys big time, i mean like a player because its not your fault that you glitch or stuff, your just trying to find fun because infinity ward fails. basiclly they sold you a broken game, and they are also getting sued at the moment by some people because they always have left over microsoft points. or you could just send them some message like "UNBANN MY XBOXZZZ ACCOUNT OR I WIL KIL MYSELF K? I SWAR. N MAE BLOOD BE ON UR HANDS MIICROSOFT! IT NOT MY FAULT I HAXZ ON ***** OF DUDY, IT CUZ IT A SHITE GAME BUT ADDICTING."

Lol some *** tried to do this to me when someone posted my gamertag on the tech game that i could do tenth (i couldnt do it) he did it to make me mad then some one sent me a message that his friend The Pro wanted it cause he thought i didnt know who he was but he was wrong
