Xbox Quik also known as Mike Ybarra, was streaming on beam today, and gave a little hint to the newest xbox one guide. (Stream can be found [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Seems to look pretty awesome, and looks like it will "bunch" everything up together. Looking at the screenshot, it also looks like we will be able to have more options, such as "More recording options" and the ability to quick jump directly to the store.

What do you guys think about this?

I don't know I don't really like it to be honest. Seems like bunching everything together is just cluttering it.

I liked the side bar for just seeing my friends lists, party chats, messaging and notifications nothing else. Putting recent games there is just a bit pointless to me. Also what's the point in double tapping the Xbox button to open up the side bar to then select home, when you could just press the Xbox button once to go home....

Also I imagine the recording options is just the ones that we already have but making it more obvious and accessible to those who didn't know about it, such as increasing the recording length.

It's not that bad.
