I have the El Gato Game Capture HD and I've used it before. My computer meets all the requirements that they state on the website, but now when I try to use it, the program won't even open. Nothing happens when I start up the program.

Any help would be appreciated.

Uninstall the program then reinstall it. Also make sure you have the right version for your windows (x32 or x64
