Im sure this has been said before but its okay. so earlier today someone i knew/friend was killed today in a single roll over on our parkway. they were suspected to be drinking. and i just dont understand how people havent understood yet that you cant just outpower the alcohol and be okay. it worries me because i shouldnt have to worry about not being able to come home at night whenevr leave my house. i feel bad for him and he was only 19 but i just dont get why people cant make better decisions.

1. there decision making is impaired so there's that
2. everyone know it happens but many people especially young males never believe it would happen to them, we all tend to think we're invincible until we really witness how fragile we are.

my cousin wasnt drunk but he was under the influence... driving home one night he rolled his car into a creek, laving him drowning... lucky the crash didn't knock him out, but he kicked the door out and climbed out... woke up in jail not remembering anything

exactly and sucks because thinking your never gonna die will lead you to certain death in most cases

If you feel buzzed do not drive.

A cab is cheaper then the fines for DUI.

Wrong, being drunk WILL lead to bad choices, especially when motor vehicles are involved.

Couple of my classmates during my senior year were involved in a crazy accident. 3 of them died due to driving intoxicated.
It shocked the whole school, literally nobody wanted to go to a party for weeks because everyone thought they were next.

It's a shame people drink and drive. It says directly on a lot alcohol products that you should NOT operate cars or machinery.
