As only my closer friends know on here, I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. The date I was diagnosed December 25th, 2010. I was 12. 4 years ago today, I was prescribed my very first anti-depressant. 4 years ago today, I had the worst breakdown in my entire life.
Progressivly, my medication went up in mg. i was at 450 at one point. It took months for the mg to go down. It wasn't until April of 2012 that it started decreasing. I got down to 50mg on July 18, 2016.

4 years ago today, my entire life changed around. Earlier today, I went to the doctors. and they told me I no longer need to take medication everyday. They told me that they would lower my mg to 20, and to only take them when I need them.

I know this sounds kind of dumb, and I'm sure most of you don't really care. I just thought I'd share my personal accomplishment with some of my closest friends.

Merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays!

Glad to hear you were able to overcome such a terrible diagnosis. Always good to hear people overcome anxiety issues.

Awesome dude, I am still on 60MG duloxetine everyday, most likely will be going up here soon. After my chemo treatments and surgery I have just been so damn down. Go Tuesday to meet with my doctor.

Well done Nick, thats a huge achievement!

I'm not going to sit here and pretend that I know what it's like, as I haven't got the slightest of ideas what you must of went through. I'm happy to see you're back on your feet, and your persistence and determination worked.

Huge well done to you bud.

Kieran,
